The Connection Program:

The volunteer program in Planta is an important part of our social and environmental initiatives. We have welcomed volunteers from dozens of different nationalities that have helped us to create, and continuously improve this unique project. 

In Planta, we offer The Connection Program which is designed for travellers who are looking to work, stay, and play in a fun, nurturing, and safe environment within a diverse group of people with similar values. 

The connection program offers: 

• Basic accommodation
• Two full meals a day (brunch and dinner)
• The use of our amenities and common spaces
• 20% off in any beverages. 

The cost of the program is $1,200 pesos per person, per week, or $2,000 pesos per couple per week (minimum of one week in both cases).

Why is there a cost for volunteering? 

In Planta, we want to open our doors to travellers with different skill levels and interests. The amount paid by volunteers allows us to accept several travellers in this program versus just welcoming one or two highly skilled workers. The weekly payment allows us to provide a quality experience for all of our visitors regardless of the level of skills of the applicant.

• Desire to learn and share with enthusiasm
